Field and residential trips are of huge importance to us at CISM, because part of our vision is to provide learning experiences where students can flourish and develop as positive global citizens. 

We believe that the world beyond the classroom is an important part of learning and personal development. Educational visits, residential trips, and other off-site activities make an important contribution to the curriculum, and are an essential way in which we enrich our students’ social, cultural, and academic development, whatever their age, circumstances, or ability.

As educators, we know that trips provide students with real life opportunities to learn from. Local trips occur within Manila and the surrounding area. These are to sites such as local museums and historical areas of interest. Residential school trips abroad offer students a unique opportunity to experience different cultures, along with new challenges and opportunities to apply their language and other studies to real life situations.

Trip locations can vary from year to year, and are designed to support academic studies, skills development, and intercultural understanding. The trips offered to students are age and stage appropriate.
