We recognise the importance of developing the potential of future leaders. To support this, we have a range of student leadership programs and opportunities.

Our Student Leadership Team is led by our Student Council (StuCo), who are eager and willing to make a difference at CISM. They continuously communicate with fellow students and staff to effectively lead change within our school and community. There are also other opportunities to lead, with students thriving in roles of  house captains, reading leaders, Model United Nation leaders, or eco warriors to name a few.

Leadership means different things to different people; but here at CISM, leadership is about creating  a better future at CISM, inspiring students to help share ideas for this vision, effectively managing and organising projects, and working as a team to develop a wider picture of what students want to change.

Through our leadership opportunities, we give students real and meaningful responsibility in order to have a genuine impact on school life, as well as develop valuable skills for their future success.
