 “Tuition fees include a fully refundable amount of P150,000 subject to terms and conditions”    

  • Payments can be made in advance for the whole year or per semester.
  • Tuition fees are due one month prior to the first day of school or upon enrolment.
  • For the Semestral fees, payment is due one month prior to the first day of each term.
  • Payments can be made via wire transfer, direct deposit to school accounts, or via cheque (cash payments are discouraged).
  • Regarding other school fees, it will be discussed during the admissions process.
  • Invoices are sent by email before the end of the current academic semester or following acceptance of a place for a new child joining the school during the term.
  • The due date of fees will be clearly indicated on the invoices.
  • Misplacement or non-receipt of the original invoice cannot be considered as a valid reason for the failure of fee payments.
  • In the event of non-payment two weeks after the due date, the attached student will be suspended until full payment is made.
  • Should no payment be made after the attached student was suspended, the student's place in the term will be forfeited unless stated otherwise by the Head of School.
  • In the case of a student withdrawing from the school, no refund of the fees will be made.
  • Tuition fees are due one month prior to the first day of school or upon enrolment. For Semestral and Quarterly fees, payment is due one month prior to the first day of each term.
  • Payments can be made via wire transfer, direct deposit to school accounts, credit card or via cheque (cash payments are discouraged).
  • For students under special programs, separate school fees will be discussed during the admissions process.
  • Misplacement or non-receipt of the original invoice or statement of account cannot be considered as a valid reason for the failure of fee payments. In the event of non-payment two weeks after the due date, the school reserves the right to implement all the legal remedies available.
  • In the case of a student withdrawing from the school, the Finance department will provide you with the computations of any refunds when applicable.
