The 9GEMS Holistic Development Scholarship rewards students whose accomplishments — academic and beyond — reflect a balanced combination of talent, leadership, commitment, and achievement. It aligns with CISM’s philosophy of holistic development, where success is measured not only by grades but also by extracurricular performance and personal growth.

The 9GEMS Holistic Development Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship that recognises students who demonstrate excellence in academics, sports, arts, leadership, and co-curricular activities, in line with CISM’s 9GEMS holistic education framework.
The scholarship is available to students in Grades 6 to 12 who meet the academic and achievement requirements.
Students may be considered based on national, international, regional, or interschool achievements in areas such as sports, performing or visual arts, leadership, community service, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
Tuition support varies by category and achievement level, ranging from 7% to 60% off tuition fees, depending on the student’s accomplishments and assessment outcome.
Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 85% or equivalent grades in the previous two academic years to be eligible for the scholarship.
Parents must complete the scholarship application form, submit academic records and achievement certificates, and attend an interview if shortlisted. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
No. Students awarded the 9GEMS Holistic Development Scholarship cannot hold another scholarship or fee benefit simultaneously.
Scholarship continuation is subject to continued academic performance, conduct, and compliance with CISM scholarship terms, as determined by the Scholarship Committee.
All scholarship decisions are made by the CISM Scholarship Committee, and their decisions are final and binding.
